it seems that the seibon MG hoods have more problems with fitment than the seibon TS hoods... my seibon MG hood bows up a little on the sides (near the fenders), so there is a vertical gap. Don't know if there is something i can do about it.

does your hood have the plastic piece under the hood? you mite try to loose a little some of the screws.

he might be referring to the hood latch ring under there
when i tried to fit an MG hood, the hood latch ring was removable by 4 screws. but the new one i got is molded to the underside of the hood.

So do you recomend the MG hood for someone who is about to buy a hood, I want this hood very bad but im worried about fitment

i've seen them fit like OEM, and i've seen them fit like crap. if you have the patience then you can do it. fitment is a HUGE issue for me, but i bought one because i plan to spend as long as it takes to get it to fit right.

When you lift up the hood the stuff under it is plastic and i belive its attached to the CF hood.

?? are you referring to the vent covers?
