Default CDV

will disableing the CDV affect anything else?

Like the VSA? Or will it only affect the clutch performance?

clutch performance, although it will affect vsa when it's on in the sense that, ur not gonna get the auto clutch slip, so banging into 2nd gear will be a little more harsh on the vsa end if you have it on.

Ok so it will not affect it as far as the regular performance of the VSA?
Do most people turn vsa off when driving hard after CDV delete?

VSA might kick in more often if you spin the tires by dumping the clutch, but you would have to be agressively trying. However, when I removed my CDV, I found that the OEM clutch wasn't really strong enough to break my tires loose anyway (285/30-18).

Just side stepping the clutch... You know just let it fly up without your foot on it...

But no pulling the CDV will not affect other systems with normal driving.. but as others have said could cause the VSA to engage more often if you are really aggressive on starts and 1-2 shifts...

If you're slamming through gears and not being gentle / feathering the clutch.... u slam it down, and slam it back up pretty much as fast as posslbe. That's essentially what dumping the clutch means
