All of them have their issues. I've put more than a few on for people over the years and they are never perfect and we've done things like shiming the latches and hinges and modifying bumper mounts.

you can remove those rubber stoppers or adjust them...no need to cut them off.
My hood is lifted on both sides as well (near the strut towers). From what i can see, it's just how the hood was made. The hood fits better when it gets hot (after i run my car for a while), so the hood relaxes and sits more flush. Don't know how to fix it, since when it gets cold, it goes right back to its originally crappy fitment.

Ya mean like this? Most Seibons I've dealt with have this issue. My friend couldn't even 4 point GT strut bar. Even one thread on the hood hinge came cross threaded from the factory!

I dont think you will ever get it to fit perfect , unfortunately with CF you usually get what you pay for. I have seen only a few Seibon/VIS hoods that actually fit well or near perfect they are a rare breed.
