CF hood and washer hoses

Whats the best way of get the washer hose clips on the cf hood im kind of nervous to drill. Whats some good tips if i do have to drill?

How about glueing the hose holder on the hood?

check out 3m adhesive clips for closets/Christmas lights/etc. They work well and are dirt cheap. Gluing a clip on would also work.
