Default Clutch issues

So I just got this new AP1 and the clutch in the beginning felt strong. As you pushed in it felt strong for the first few inches then got really weak. I am sorry if i cant explain it that well.

Anyway, I went to drive it yesterday and it wouldn't shift into reverse. It took a lot of effort to get it into any other gear. I made it home shifting smoothly and not grinding at all. However, first gear sometimes wouldn't let me in and the pedal became more and more loose. As I was getting into my neighborhood i noticed that when i let off the clutch the pedal would stick for a second then slap against my foot. I am hoping it is just a clutch, but any ideas?
