coilover or springs?
Ive delt with alot of coilover suspensions. (Wrx,Integra Type R, Tsx) but i dont know if i want to go with a full coilover suspension for my s2000. ive got a full gt1 amuse wide body kit, with 18x9.5 wheels with 245/40/18 tires.
Should i go with a full coilover suspension?
or
Just a tanabe or tein spring with stock shocks.
to be honest i want to go with just springs. but will it sit at the right height with what i have?
anyone with this kit, or exp. let me know! HELP!
thanks

depending on how high you want your car coilovers are the best choice. If your car is too high/low you can change it with springs. If you bought the amuse kit, might as well fork out the dough to get a suspension. Thats what I did.
thats what i figure. i just kinda like how the skunk 2 springs sit and ride. i will stick with coilovers....unless somehow with an amuse kit has just springs.....anyone?!
i have a 1" drop and it's damn perfect. sure it could drop another 1/4" in the back and maybe another 1/8" in the front but damn it's pretty darn close. now $200 versus a $1000, is that worth a 1/4" ? not for me...

there is SO much more to be concidered besides ride height in this issue. IMO, if you just want the car to perform ok, and be low, get the espelir springs. If you go coilovers and want the car to handle well, i wouldnt go with any thing of lesser cost than like a Tein flex for current offerings.
