well everyone is just gonna tell you to use the search function..... and also those intakes to me... are mostly for looks. So... if you want improved sound go with the K&N intake.

These have far greater engineering in them compared to any american intake

I am no JDM freak (sort of) but I feel anyone can put an filter on the end of a pipe and call it
an air intake but these actually grab fresh air instead of grabbing hot air from the engine bay

Also remember the mugen will require hood cutting.

I'd say go for AEM v2, PRM, or K&N. Best choices in my opinion

Go for a spoon replica snorkel. Even with a mugen intake replica, you won't feel much of a power difference between the two. The response you get with any snorkel feels nice at speed.

I went with Fujita and can highly recommend it.

any of the jdm intakes will produce power when actually tracking the car, but dont show gains on a dyno.

WHILE

american intakes show gains on the dyno but i dont think produce as much power as the jdm one.

Says everybody...

Tell me why a CAI wouldn't perform better on the track than one of these jdm intakes? Yea, let's run an ARC intake box on a track so you can cook hotdogs on it afterwards for everyone. The only intakes worth buying is a snorkel and good filter for the oem airbox, or a cold/cool air intake-- meaning a true CAI or one like the K&N with the block-off plate. ARC is whack as far as performance. Dyno, track, whatever.
