converting an 06 DBW to standard throttle
You can use a MoTeC ECU. Pricey but it works. You will need the M800 to get all the functions, you can a plug/play unit for about 5,000 USD.
If you convert to cable, just get an AEM EMS and forget about the OEM ECU. You will need to do some custom programming for the sensors though because they will be different. This option will be cheaper.

dbw is great its barely noticable difference with the throttle cable type. i can't see why you'd wanna spend the time/effort to switch but thats just my 2 cents.
.UKDM cars are all F20C (AP1) USDM went F22C in 04 I believe but didn't go DBW until 06+ which I think is when JDM went F22C and DBW..... facts are probably wrong there but it doesn't really matter
.We're working on a standalone ECU solution now instead as it's a pain to do the conversion but the conversion is definitely possible and I'm estimating it would cost me about
