Ok yeah without doing a test pipe as long as you are fine with maybe a couple hp gain then that would be realistic. Biggest gains come from a test pipe and a tune. Exhaust is very minimal!

Buy a used mugen exhaust. That's what you are looking for. Great sound zero drone.

That's to expensive like I said I can have the other on the car for $400-$500 and the single should flow better as well

If I ever did a custom exhaust I'd try to mimic this exhaust below, I love the look and design of it. I'd probably keep a portion of the oem midpipe and resonator and just build after that to resemble the dual exhaust below. I like how the mufflers sit in front of the bumper and then the pipes extend to the edge of the bumper.

I don't have any experience with a custom single, but I think it would come out pretty nice if you have a shop that knows what they are doing. For the same price, maybe look for a used single like a Greddy Spectrum Elite, Q300, or Apex'i GT-spec.

If you want quiet on a budget, just do the UK exhaust mod.

2004 ap2. Berk test pipe. Then off to a local muffler shop where I had magnaflow mufflers installed using stock pipes. All for around 500.00. Car sounds great with very little drone. Not too loud but just right IMO.
