Default Difference Between Soft and Hard

Hey guys,

After doing some research on the Service Bulletin I found that if there's wind noise on your soft top and between the windscreen, you have to replace the "Strikers". (The things that the hooks clip on on your windscreen).

The Bulletin says to buy hardtop "strikers" but my dealer in Australia reckons to get the soft-top ones.

My question is 'Is there any bloody difference?'. I really don't care what I have to buy; just wanna get rid of the noise. I get a headache driving down the freeway.

Cheers

Do they not understand the point of TSB's?

My bad
Had to import them originally from Japan; none in stock here in Perth, WA.
Oh well, still paid $83.40AUD for the hardtop strikers incl delivery.
