Did those people mistakenly pull the throttle position sensor when removing throttle body?

i agree its a pain to install, but over time with my turbo (a total of 12k miles) the gasket actually warped enough to leak coolant into the 4th cylinder. i put the factory gasket back in and its been fine.

so u get no idle problems? cause it block that coolant passage to tb. can i cut the hole so it still flows to the tb? would that defeat the purpose?
