So my clutch just went out... sence i have plans of FI, might as well upgrade! Do you think an ebay clutch would work or just shit out on me? My first thought is rip off but who knows... is anyone running one of these genarics?

For that price I would just by a well known brand like ACT or Competition Clutch. Its not much more money for the peace of mind.

Check out the group buy sections, theres almost always clutch deals in there.

Are you doing the install yourself? If not. Then It would suck royally if you buy a no-name setup and hate it.

From the photos it looks like an ACT setup. But you know how ebay can be. :/

So you buy a car like an s2000 to put cheap ebay parts on it? Word of advice, the s2000 is NOT a car to be cheap with, it will bite you in the end. Hard. Get a civic

If I were you I would do it right the first time and get the OEM friction disc with the ACT pressure plate. It should be able to handle boost assuming its not crazy.

the ACT HD kit (most popular aftermarket clutch for this car) is cheaper!

FYI the AP1 flywheel weight is not 18 lbs like that add says, its more like 13 lbs. So your not getting a huge weight reduction off of the flywheel. But good luck. Let us know how it turns out.
