Hi guys I just got my S2K its MY05 time for some mods I got the mod bug already after a month of owning the car lol here is my question by the way car is totally stock nothing done yet. has about 40K miles.

I want to get a full exhaust done I know I shouldn't go cheap but I was thinking of doing Megan headers and test pipe+ Greddy single. I wanna know would that work out good? Anyone have this combo? Any suggestions? as long as I don't pass 1K with those 3 mods maybe ill go 1100-1200 max. And any suggestions on an intake? AEM V2? read good things about those? I want mostly sound from the exhaust and intake I know I wont be getting much power from those hopefully later ill be going with a comp tech SC .

Try searching the forums. There's countless posts of different set-ups for different goals.

If you just want a loud exhaust go with 70mm header back system or 3" and you'll more than likely go deaf in a few months. You won't net much power out of An intake, header, exhaust combo but it does sound better.

As far as intakes go the V2 is the more popular choice. Sounds good and shows a couple extra ponies to boot. I personally have the K&N FIPK and love it. Sounds great and dyno proven.

 

Which exhaust is good if I dont get headers and go with a T1R V3 with test pipe what u guys this would that be better and does anyone know a good site I can order the exhaust and intake for cheap thanx I tired the sponsors but it doesnt work for some reason I googled it and found the T1R single for 1k is that good or can I do better then that? thanx a lot guys.

imo, i would go with aem v2, t1r header, t1r 70mm tp, t1r v3 70mm single exhaust
