Here's a link to a dyno chart on a stock AP2, before and after a KPro:

Flashpro install on a Civic SI with light mods:
http://www.motoiq.com/magazine_artic...-flashpro.aspx

So those are to show you the gains in the power curve that you can expect. Also they show the smoothing out of the VTEC engagement and the significant gains around that area. The throttle response is also much better. If you have 93 octane, you can probably see a little bit more gains as these two cars were tuned on 91 octane.

Revving out to 8500 will increase engine wear a bit (piston rings), but not too drastically. 9000? I don't know, might float the valves? Definitely more significant engine wear.

it's not the valvetrain, it's the stroke.

You should get great gains with the PWJDM and a TP, unless the TP is a resonated one. If it is resonated, throw it away, and get a straight TP.

If you keep the stock cat, there really isn't much to gain from a FlashPro. The stock rev limit is 8200 RPMs, but you can set it to whatever you want.
do you now if its bad to push the rev to 9k
There is a reason Honda put the fuel cut off at 8200 rpms...

good to know im leving my rev to 8200 whit a good tune
