Ford 8.8 diff conversion

richmond 4:3 ring and pinion used $80
used rebuilt OEM trac-loc LSD $110
shim/seal kit $40
Misc supplies (metal, bolts, etc) $60
Axles $700
Machine shop/welding labor $50

Misread the post and thought he meant he spent 1k on the diff and 1k on the axles.
the Ultimate racing 3 inch dual wouldnt clear.. i'm not sure what would.
This is what I built. It has a turn down just in front of the axle. I'll eventually get something else built but for now this is what it is.

Nice build man wouldn't mind doing this to mine when I have the money I know u can get the 8.8s pretty cheap I was going to do that rear on my jeep when I had it but got rid of it to get the s before I had time haha
