a bra or painters tape works... i go outta town about 2 times a month and i am goin off to collage this fall and it is a 4 hour drive so i want somthing to protect my front bumber... which would be a better investmant?

 

The tape would be the cheapest, both functionally and visually. The bra, while not "cheap" covers the entire front and affords better protection and is easily removed. The 3M type clear bra is expensive, but is semi permanent and has the advantage of being clear.

The tape would be my third choice, it works well for bug protection, but affords little
protection from stones. I'd go with the clear bra or something like the Colgan bra.
