When you get a front bumper from either Honda or hardtopguy, does it come complete with the black plastic "grill" and the metal threaded parts to mount the license plate?

 

I dont believe so. Go to Hondaautomotiveparts or hondapartsdeal and look at the exploded view.

 

nope, all you get is a bumper, grill you gota buy on ur own

 

all separate! bumper plugs emblem and tow hook cover.

 

The bumper on my car has been repainted and one of the metal threaded parts to mount the license plate is missing with the other one really loose. The bottom of the bumper is cracked and tied back together with some metal wiring. Also a small area near the license plate holes is chipped. I'm debating if I should get another one.
