would anyone happen to know if an ap1 windshield would fit an ap2, I have an 04 but not sure what the year is on the ap1 windshield.

This is a very useful link when it comes to parts questions. You should be able to cross check the part numbers for the AP1 vs. AP2 windshield to see if they're the same. Sorry I don't have an easy "yes or no".
