Default Gear Shift Knobs

For a new look I found someone over at S2KCA who was making wooden gear shift knobs for the S.

It's Black Walnut wood which I stained with Min Wax red mahogony.

I really LOVE the look !

Well you don't have to worry about the blazing hot knob after leaving it in the sun for a while.
I'm curious if the wood makes the shifts feel more notchy than before though.

Yeah, unless someone holds a magnifying glass to that knob... give it 3 minutes and you'll have yourself a nice camp fire
