this thread fails.

i had a test pipe on a stock exhaust and it sounded bad ass. the t1r em edition dual is the quietest on the market that will still sound awesome and increase performance somewhat.

drilling a hole in the exhuast is an epic fail.

Removing a resonator is cheap an effective, adds some deepness to it, i can see how people think its 'ghetto' but hey, w.e works.

I bought my car with it, got compliments on the tone ect.

however i do plan on buying a catback.

won't having a hole in your exhaust lose you some power? Since it will create turbulence in the exhaust flow.

After talking to a local shop, I see that I will need to build a custom exhaust to achieve the sound I want. Listen to the vids below. This is about what I want (maybe not as loud). This is what I call NON-rice sound. There is no loud ass fake low hum after start up. To me, this is a clean sounding exhaust. The exhaust should pass along the sound of the engine only making it a little quieter, not adding fart can sound to it. Maybe you have a different idea of what rice or fart can sound is, so post a vid of a good non-rice S2000 exhaust.

And whoever made that civic comment is a moron, thank you.

Heard the Invidia V4/Q300? You may like that as well. Great sounding exhaust imo.

That is one that I'd like to hear in person.

Mugen AP2 header, stock OD TP, Factory resonator, oem mufflers cut off and replaces with dyno max racing bullets.
