Default Gizzmo Launch Control?

Hey guys. I just ran across this on evasive's site. I know what launch control is and I know our s2k diffs would hate us, but has anyone wired this up on an S2K?

whoa...

misfiring system.

its not really useful on a naturally aspirated car though...

i dont know a whole lot about these systems but i think they are a lot more useful on turbo cars, esp with the misfiring feature.

If I read the description correctly does it say that you also need to Gizzmo Tach Recall Shift light in order for the launch control to work?

i think it would be cool to have, from what i have found it works fine on hondas. Its definitly ALOT more usefull on turbo cars but its a much cheaper alternative to most ecu's that can offer launch control

but you will need the shift light as well...but its still cheaper than AEM EMS or Hondata!

I e-mailed gizzmo usa. They said that this product is no longer available. They are in the process of releasing a new version of the launch control. They say it will be much easier to install and will be available within the next month.
