Default header choice

im debating on a t1r header or a toda header. which design is better? i know the toda has dyno proven number but also the t1r looks like a better design and large piping thourghout. t1r is 2mm larger on primary compared to the toda, 5mm over 2ndary and 5mm over collector. im wondering would i see more power pairing this with a t1r 70mm v3 single. thanks. opinions welcomed

I am currently running the asm header which is similar to the toda. There is a strong surge in the mid range. I havent tried the t1r yet. If you have an 06+ you can get the flash pro and load the toda program. You will see some nice gains in the mid range.

you might want to research the Fast Forward header before buying unless you are stuck on an Japanese header
