I have a greddy tic dual exhaust (I just like dual better than single). K&n fipk intake, plm header, plus invidia testpipe. It took a little while for me to get this setup but it gave me plenty of time to research and those are all in my opinion some of the best bang for ur $ bolt ons! They all have proven gains won't cost +$1000 each and I think it sounds amazing! The header was the last thing I added to the exhaust system; I was just patient to get it piece by piece off the forum classifieds or from locals, but the site can/will save u lots of $ through used parts, groupbuys, vendor discounts etc...on avg I would say i/h/tp/e will add anywhere from 10-20 hp, obviously this could be much better with ems and a tune, but it could also be negative and actually take away performance if not done properly (I.e. buddyclub header = proven losses).

go boost unless your a NA guy. IMO boost is the only bang for your buck on the s2k. both sc or tc....either way you go you wont be sad. save up for the real thing and leave the cai for the other ppl.

I second the K&N FIPK as a bang-for-the-buck intake, based on my time researching the forums.
As far as the other mods, look for used versions of whatever you want, and that'll save you the most.

If you read the post he wants bolt ons, and he's happy with the power of the s2k. Boost is clearly not for this guy

yeah its allready got plenty of "fun" power i just would like to get a lil more response and free up some ponys with bolt ons.

boost is cool and all i would really like a to go turbo, but its a lil scary at the thought of a blown motor- or at least what i would want to put into a turbo engine w/o having to change out internals, i mean i would want a vmount intercooler/rad setup and something that is at least very dependable for daily driver if i was gonna go with turbo.

i like n/a bc of its usual reliabilty.

i dont mind spending alot of money on the nicest of the nice for bolts ons at least i could then say i got they nicest bolt on motor around lol not that it would be something to be too proud of.

i know theres not a ton of gains from bolt ons but i do know it is possable to get 40hp ish and maybe i would go as far as a lil head internals bc that can be done at home.

i basically wanna know the real power makers wheither they are expensive or not thats okay id rather get the really nice part that makes the lil extra then the cheaper one that isnt as capable. fewer nice parts are worth more to me then lots of cheap ones. i can always add more nice stuff later rather bunch of cheap stuff now. ya know =D i mean its not like im gonna get rid of my honda's lol

i love my crx and s2000.

oh and i dont care about waking up the neighbors lol, so sound isnt a big deal, performance and durability (quality) is what counts
i love the sound of f1 cars so if it gets loud who cares as long as it makes power, of course it being loud doesnt mean its making power haha.
