Whack, ugly, if someone hits you in the dark, that's something they can use against you if they want. Don't do it.

Having a lowered car (mine is) hurts visibility much, much more than these headlight covers ever could.

Do what you want to do. It's your car and you should decide.

I agree! I'm just curious if it's going to cause my headlights to crack and how bad it affects visiblity. Putting aside those issues, I would have already gotten them.

tinting headlights does reduce visibility, it might not be significant but it does nevertheless. regarding tails, i'm sure everybody has been behind a car that has tinted tails, the owner's claim they are visible in daylight (barely) and it's an accident waiting to happen.

tinting may look badazz but it's a liability lawsuit against because you've altered safety devices when an accident comes. along with tinting your headlights add some underglows, straight pipes, and a big flag that says "pull me over pig" to your vehicle so you can meet all the nice law enforcement in your town.

I notice almost no usable visibility loss.

Don't use them. If you get rear ended and the other driver says "I couldn't see the tail lights." The accident now is your falt and you will get a ticket for improper equipment. I have now taken mine off.
