Default Help finding bolt/washers for seatbelt anchor

I am in the process of putting my car back to stock and I seem to have misplaced the bolt/washers that hold the seatbelt anchor in. I had a roll bar and used an eyelit before and after taking that out I need to replace with a bolt/washer. From my understanding the bolt is 7/16 and the washers are what help it pivot? I tried looking on honda part diagrams and cant seem to find the parts.

Here is the part I am trying to reattach to the car (found the picture online)

Yes, the bolt is 7/16-20. There are seriously like 5 or 6 washers on it of different sizes and types. I'm pretty sure there is at least one washer with a sleeve on it. If someone else can't help more, I might be persuaded to pull the front seat rail bolts out, pop the anchor bolt out, and take pics. It probably wouldn't be until the weekend when I'd be able to do that though.

I see the assembly on the parts schematics online, but it looks like you can't actually buy it.

Go to a junkyard.

Find a Honda.

Take what you came for.

Yeah junkyard is probably your cheapest route, I'm using Nissan bolts on my lap belt

Probably all recent Hondas use the same anchors. Excellent suggestion to get from scrapyard...
