Post Help, Help, Help, Opinions please (my setup)

Ok I have an 04

Going to order this stuff REALLY soon, so need all the help I can get, basically tell me if I am going wrong somwhere.

Spugen Exhaust (round Canister with burnt Titanium)
Megan Racing Header
AEM V2 Intake (the S isn't a daily driver so I wont drive it in puddles, or when it rains)
Maybe a "High-Flow cat" <--- is it really worth it?
Gears, I want to shorten them up just a bit, but don't want 5,500kRPM at 75mph (whats the best of both worlds? (where is the best place to get them?
Eibach 1'in drop
Wildwood Cross-drilled/slotted Rotors, with Red Calipers
Maybe a Lightweight Flywheel, not sure how much for the install, and if its worth it. (maybe I should do it when they put in the gears.....

I'll do wheels/front lip later down the road, but for now more interested in the engine bay....

This sound like a good start? Any advice besides driving school?

Thanks, any advice would be appreciated

A single exhaust will give more hp.

Not sure how the Megan performs on an ap2...ap1 results have been promising from the 2 examples I've seen dyno'd locally.

Can't say if a high-flow cat is worth it...a test pipe definitely is, so a high-flow probably would give some gains. I think there are only 2 made that have increased flow over the oem cat. Our oem cat flows better than most "high-flow" cats.

Personally, I wouldn't go more than 4.44 gears on an ap2. Gearing is already very short for an 8k redline. You be right at 4k rpm at 75mph.

Many like the Eibachs.

Forget the slotted/drilled rotors. They are not a performance enhancement, but rather increase risk of rotor cracking. Red calipers are pretty.

Use an ap1 flywheel which is 7lb lighter than the ap2. Will give a slight bump, but honestly, I wouldn't bother till you need a clutch.

Thanks, bro sounds good, yeah the brake kit (Wildwood) the rotors and pretty red calipers is 1,000, unless I can find just nice red calipers I will probably by the kit, I figure its 1,000.00 but looks very good, havent heard much about the Wildwood, anybody have any reviews, or any insight, thanks fellas......

Sorry...misunderstood. The Wildwood big brake kit has been successfully used by some owners. The only personal experience I have with that BBK is on a friend's car. He spent some time getting the brake proportioning right (and I think ended up buying a proportioning valve). His biggest probelm was finding aftermarket wheels that would clear the kit.

and i would actually skip the megan header. you will get much better gains from an aftermarket ecu...yes even on an ap2.
Do you have proof of this? I got 13 HP from my Megan Header.

Dyno Before and after Megan header install.

how about the stock rims, I would imagine they clear it, correct? (being as though the kit is for that specific car), but yeah never know.

Basically I am tired of getting pulled on by the NEW G37's not sure all of this would even help, but its a start
