Default HFC whistle

I installed a berk 63.5mm HFC on my MY2006 yesterday. After driving it for the last 24 hours, I have noticed a whistle in the 2.5k - 4k RPM range.

Has any one else had this happen and was there anything you were able to do to stop this?

Thanks in advance.

No whistle from my Berk 63mm HFC that I installed earlier this year but I put a Q300 exhaust on at the same time and it pretty much hides other sounds.

Did you put a new gasket in between the header and cat? Honda shop manual states "replace" ... but I didn't. I did use new spring bolts there.
