Default HID's

Hi
I was just curious to what this problem might be? Every now and when I turn my headlights on, the passenger light will stay off, and then when I turn the lights off to on the passenger headlamp will come back on. Im guessing this might be a ballast issue? It's pretty annoying! Is there a good site to order some-what oem quality hid bulbs with ballast that isn't $600? Ive searched all over this site, but can't really find a trust worthy place to order from. There was only two sites that I found with the search button in which people regarded the same issue im having, and or purchasing an aftermarket product. I just kind of skeptical with ordering aftermarket parts that may not give the same quality as the oem hids lol.
Thanks for any help!

just ordered some D2s bulbs with 35W slim ballast from DDM. Hopefully it wasnt a scam lol. It should all just hook right up to factory harness?

You gonna have hella time fitting those. Moisture/water will get inside the headlights, unless you modify the oem covers
