bs - dude the reflash is for '06-'08 s2000 only. the k-pro system is for rsx's only and can be used in any non-DBW s2000 '00-'05.

a quote from hondata and the very link you posted: "2006-2007 S2000? - The RSX ECU is not compatible with the 06-07 drive by wire, so the S2000 K-Pro cannot be used. Sorry.
