Hondata FlashPro
As the owner of 08' CR # 281, this is exzactly what I am looking for. I Keep my cruise control, and am able to reflash just like all the other guys. But can I also do a custome tune on this, and is there any possibility for boost in the future?

If the OBDII diagnostic port on the Civic is the same as it is on the S then we should be able to connect the FlashPro right?
Then, someone with the Toda Reflash could lock the FlashPro to their ECU, save these settings to a Laptop via a USB connection, and send those settings as an attachment.
We could then all buy FlashPro's and tune, with a Dyno, for the different mods that we all have.

Hate to be a bringer of bad news, but I wouldn't get your hopes up everyone...
Hondata started working with the Civic Si platform as soon as it come out, first developing the reflash, and ever since has been 'working on another solution' It's been a few years, and this finally came out.
Although it does look like a great tool, Cobb Tuning now offers an Accessport for the same platform, for $100 cheaper. Aside from that, Cobb went from development, beta, to market of their Accessport in only a couple months (the rumor is 3 months).
I'm not knocking the FlashPro at all, and I myself have purchased numerous Hondata products. However, I would eat my shoe if Hondata came out with an S2000 solution anytime in the next two years.

I think this is a long time coming. American aftermarket performance companys have been doing this for years and its been a big hit. I just cant beleive hondata is so behind. I think this nonsense with having 2 computers wired together is rediclous. I cant believe import aftermarket performance is so behind. Hondata we need this and so do you. I want the flashpro for the s2k but I needed it yesterday.
