If the OBDII diagnostic port on the Civic is the same as it is on the S then we should be able to connect the FlashPro right?

Then, someone with the Toda Reflash could lock the FlashPro to their ECU, save these settings to a Laptop via a USB connection, and send those settings as an attachment.

We could then all buy FlashPro's and tune, with a Dyno, for the different mods that we all have.
it's not ready for the s2k yet and can not be used as is, but should be minor differences to adapt to our s2k - i give it 6mos to be ready for the s2k...

Hate to be a bringer of bad news, but I wouldn't get your hopes up everyone...

Hondata started working with the Civic Si platform as soon as it come out, first developing the reflash, and ever since has been 'working on another solution' It's been a few years, and this finally came out.

Although it does look like a great tool, Cobb Tuning now offers an Accessport for the same platform, for $100 cheaper. Aside from that, Cobb went from development, beta, to market of their Accessport in only a couple months (the rumor is 3 months).

I'm not knocking the FlashPro at all, and I myself have purchased numerous Hondata products. However, I would eat my shoe if Hondata came out with an S2000 solution anytime in the next two years.
the hondata '06 reflash for the s2k was out in 4/06 along with the '06 reflash for the si, the si was released about the same time ~6/06.

the flashpro for the s2k will be out in in 3-6mos. this will be minor changes for s2k ecu. both are dbw which has been the main issue for a direct programmable solution. hondata is currently quoted "no ETA for the moment".

if the release was way out, their response is typically ~"no plans in the near future.."

so hold on to your socks we are close...

When you say supercharger with 650 injectors... would that happen to be the kraftwerks reflash?

don't know about the s/c - it only allows a demo calibration to load without buying...

Pre-ordered my Flashpro through Evans-Tuning.com. As we know, it's not released until Nov. 9th. With the purchase comes free next day deliver and even a $50 internet coupon or gift certifcate. I opted for the online coupon to purchase the ID1000cc's for my PFAB build. All my parts are on order (except for exhaust). My local tuner (PSI - click here for their website) has tuned the Flashpro already released to the Si and will be tuning my car with it. You could follow my PFAB build HERE.
