Default How to clean Lexan Rear Window

Just got an hardtop and just wondering how you guys clean the window without scratching it. I heard windex is bad for the window. I tried just water and a microfiber towel but all that did was leave water streaks everywhere. I figure paper towels or newspaper would scratch it.
