as good as double sided tape can be, I dont reccomend using it to hold on a piece of a body kit. If used alone, you will most likely be the unhappy owner of a sideskirt thatt fell off and got destroyed after a little while.

What type of screws are used for the side skirts?
Self tapping?

sorry for bring this up from the dead, but i thought this would be easier than starting a new topic. i bought j;s side skirts and the body shop cannot get them to fit correctly. the top piece sits flush against the car, but the bottoms flare out, almost a 45 degree angle off the car. I know this is not correct. Did not know if anyone had instructions for install. Thanks
