Default HR Lowering Spring Which is Which?

I just bought a set of used hr lowering springs for my my04 and it doesn't say "f" or "r" on it but one does say 29417va and the other one says 29417Ha does anyone know which ones go where, and also are the longer ones usually the rear and shorter the front?

Wow, when I had the H&R for my old cars, they usually had F and R w/ the numbers.
Did you try calling H&R?
hope you get it solved. Let us know which ones which.
I may buy a set.
Thanks,

Dan

Hi! 29417va is for the front, and 29417Ha is for the rear. VA = vorder axe(front axle) and HA = hinter axe (rear axle).

What brand were your other springs? OEM? HR is German, that's why they say VA and HA instead of F and R That's all. Glad I could help
