inexpensive mods for DD
You have an 06. Keep the 350 and save another 350 then get a Flashpro. Best mod for any S2000 and you're lucky enough to have a year that can utilize it.
If you buy an intake or testpipe/high-flow cat without a tune on an 06 you'll get some detonation. These cars already run fairly lean stock.
If you want to completely transform the power delivery of your car get the Flashpro, then get a high-flow cat or testpipe, then get an e-tune from Evans Tuning or some other shop. Your vtec will be in the low 4000s and you'll make a ton of mid-range power and torque which will make your car a lot more fun to drive. Not to mention 8500 redline.
If you're stuck with ONLY 350 period I would get a head unit, counter-sunk shift knob and save the rest.

The Modifry unit is a nice choice. Keeping the OEM controls is a huge plus in my opinion. In most cars it's irrelevant, but in the S I really like not having to look down. Down the road you can add an amp for the speakers, and have more power through the speakers than any head unit could give.
A nice weighted shift knob is awesome, and a cat back will reignite your love for the car. An intake is a good place to spend $350 too. I'm not a big fan of the mirrors but that's my preference. Is your $350 budget a total amount, or are you just looking for multiple mods that you can spend about $350 on each?
