Tried searching but havnt found any solid info. The specs on go tuning say that it will work on ap1 with no lip or ap2 with or without lip but does not specify if it will wont on a AP1 with oem lip.

Can anyone confirm? Also was looking for pics to see what it would look like?

It can work, little bit harder to line up but it does work here is the best pic I could find of my car showing my CF OEM style lip with the APR splitter.

 

Thanks for the pic! is the splitter narrower than the oem ap1 lip by the looks of it? it doesnt seem to fill the whole lip looking at your picture?
