Default Innovative Mounts

I recently ordered a set of Innovative Mounts (75A Track). The packaging was nice, powder coating on the brackets seem nice and the bushings look fine. So I start the install and lay everything out on the floor and start separating hardware. I received

5 Long bolts
2 black bolts short
8 silver bolts short
4 bolts medium length

So process of elimination is Im missing short 3 more short bolts. these 3 would bolt the the engine block or the transmission bracket.
(There is no instructions included and no parts are marked)

I called Innovative twice today the first time they said the black bolts are the same as the silver but "sometimes they run out so they just throw whatever in there". This was after being passed around 5 people.

I called the second time today and said I was short 3 short bolts. They told me the kit only included 10 bolts, and you reuse your oem hardware where applicable.( I.E. the transmission bracket x3 and the engine flange bolts x8.) I said if this was the case why was I supplied any of this hardware? and why was it 10 bolts, I can only come up with 9 bolts that are necessary. There was nothing but silence on the phone. I made this clear, I am not trying to be difficult and bitch I realize its 3 bolts but if I paid for the 3 bolts I want them. So then they took my contact information down and promised to have the tech call me back today I never received a phone call.

All and all I received 9 long bolts all required and 8 of the 11 short bolts required to replace all the OEM hardware, and what they said was the kits don't include these short bolts I received even they they happen to be exact replacements.

Anyway I managed to get all the mounts on today I may have made it more difficult on myself than I should have. Tip to anyone is remember to keep all the bolts loose until you get everything started then tighten the bolts up.

Driving - The car starts much more solid has slight vibrations at idle not bad though, I even like it. Car seems slightly louder while driving, still not to bad. cornering the car feels tons better, as well as acceleration. the area I noticed the most improvement was accelerating out of a corner feels like a totally different car.

I would recommend this as a good mod for value and if you want to tell a noticeable difference. Only complaints is the customer service, and the lack of hardware.

Yea its hard to explain motor mounts differences and vibration but I suggest just get 75A for street and even thats a lot, but if you have 100% track car that you never daily drive and that is 100% gutted for track then 85A is ok

If you're not good on comfort, the 75a's are for you!
