Installed my Ebay AP1 front lip today.
First off, I go for OEM on most things, just not this. With the lip so close the ground I went cheaper on it knowing that one day it would get bashed against something. I believe it was around $50. I had a friend paint it for me, so in total I'm out around $150, so I won't shed too many tears if it gets all beat up.
Fitment was so-so, if not frustrating. The first thing that I did was ditch the plastic mounding hardware that came with it. It seems like the lip is a few mm's too short. The point at each end where it "wraps around" the fender doesn't want to reach all of the way. I never could get it perfect, although it is better than it was. There was a part of the lip near the center that wanted to sag about 1/4 inch or so. Also in that same spot there is a very noticable gap between the lip and bumper. I tried numerous ideas like bending the metal mounting tabs, using washers as spacers on various tabs to even it out, I even used a dremel to turn the existing bolt hole in the mounting tabs into a slot for additional adjustments.
The above "modifications" got it close. I had ordered some OEM Honda weatherstripping that I planned on using. With my fitment issues what I ended up doing was running some 3M double sided tape across inside of the lip to help hold it in the proper place. With the lip in place, I pressed it against the bumper to make sure the tape was holding well enough and then starting tightening the cap screws. That worked OK, but now I have a $15 piece of weatherstripping that is going unused.
I'm pretty picky about how things fit, and while not perfect, it is OK and the average passerby will not notice anything. One thing that I think is odd, is on the bottom side of the lip. It has a noticable wave to it near the center of the car. You'd never know it looking at the car, but if you were to lay on the ground and look, you'd see it. I have no choice but to deal with it.
It seems like some people have had good fitment while others had to work at it like I did. I just figured I'd share my experience and I will stick this in the lesson learned category. I can post a pic if you want, but I figure if you have seem one OEM-stlye lip, you have seem them all.

You get what you pay for..
I always live by "do it once and do it right".. I'd rather spend the extra dollars and ensure myself the perfect fitment rather going replica then to genuine. You end up spending more..

just did mine as well. the install wasn't too bad and neither was the fitment (corners are off a bit). weatherstrip really helped close the gaps
my paint match is horrible though, just bought rattle can paint but apparently there's a difference between ap1 silversone and ap2 silversone.
