you'll just need sockets and wrenches, and you'll want to get a new donut gasket. the header might not come with that. but the exhaust should come with the gaskets you need for it. the plug fouler is just something you screw in to the test pipe to hold the O2 sensor away from the air flow so that you don't get a CEL. if you just put the O2 sensor straight in, you will get a CEL. oh yea you'll also need some kind of lubricant to get the stock exhaust off of the hangers.

you should be able to get one at any hardware store easily. if you really can't find one eBay has em.

you shouldn't get a CEL once you put the fouler. just get any brand. it's really just a piece of metal with threads on both ends.

just go to ebay and tye in cel fix....they sell it for $10....ur from pinas right so, i dont think they have the sark plug anti fouler there....

or if u can make that o2 sensor bank longer(maybe about 2.5 inch then ur fine.

labor there in pinas is very very cheap, just go to a muffler shop and have them do it....go to berk technology website to see wat im trying to say...their test pipe comes with the o2 sensor simulator aka cel fix...
good luck...
