Talking Intake

well, im plan on keeping the car stock until im done with school, so therefore I was thinking of making the car a bit sound nicer, so how about just putting or adding a CARB legal intake ? any sugestions what brand and what kind ? I was thinking of a short ram intake. AEM maybe ? any body is selling a used one ? thanks

if u want a really good sound K&N FIPK. if u want some sound and power AEM V2.

Definitely FIPK. Best sound imo and best bang for the buck in gains for an intake as well.

Love my FIPK. Haven't had experience with any others though. Went with this one since we get lots of rain down here.

I agree with the rest. I love my FIPK II. I have mine mated with an AUT cooling plate.

Is the install straight forward? Did you have to drill an additional hole in the filter pipe?

Yeah it was all strait forward. I didnt have to drill or anything, just direct bolt in.

I got the 1 and only custom Moddiction carbon heatsheild. Its his powdercoated version overlaid with carbon. He is coming out with a full carbon version soon though.
