sc can stays cool over the track, but not turbo..
unless u are going to spend many G'$ and have it kool it down..
Ok, so watercooled turbo and bigger radiator? That's not even a G above a non-watercooled turbo and stock radiator.

how about ITBs + boost
I was wondering if anyone had every tried that just the other day.

It crossed my mind since GTR's have ITBs on a turbocharged engine.

We just tuned a car today that had a custom ITB setup and other basic bolt ons and at 91 octane it did 309 whp on a pretty conservative tune.
Was that car an s2000?

I've seen few ITB set-ups on s2ks...and they struggle to even get close to 250whp. I believe Mines13 had the highest hp ITB set up reported...and there were a lot of supporting mods.

The ITB power curves were a good bit fatter in mid-range and I don't doubt that an ITB car could walk an SC car out of VTEC (other than the SOT Roots blower cars). But real races will take place in VTEC and from 6k up ITB s2ks will not keep up with FI cars putting 50 more ponies to the ground.

This is the lowest HP producing TURBO kit, and I smack around A LOT of cars.........,

253ft/lbs of Torque at 3,500RPM gets this car to really move..........

besides nothing says "BADASS" like a FMIC

This thread rocks... more dynos!

Wish I could post my 350whp/211trq CTSC set up. The trq curve is nothing to brag about compared to some, but its more then enough to rape a 250whp ITB set up

Oh and a 400 whp boosted track s2k would get ABSOLUTELY RAPED by a 300 whp track itb'd one if the course has come good turns.
