+1 for the TiC. I havn't had the J's but i figure for the price difference you can also buy a test pipe and FPIK intake. Then you WILL definitly notice gains. The TiC will drone a bit without the TP anyway, i highly recomend it.

Does a test pipe eliminate some drone? If so I never knew that. But I have the Tic Dual and love it.

I have the J's 70RS and its pretty damn loud but in my honest opinion the drone is either negligible, not noticeable, or non-existent. I've given multiple non-car enthusiasts rides in my S that go anywhere from 20-50 minutes at a time and they haven't complained about loudness, headaches, or other annoyances that come as a result of drone noise.

Other than a pretty awesome noise I did notice small increases in acceleration, I personally haven't had a chance to dyno after putting on the J's 70RS but I have noticed a 2-4 mpg increase since installing the exhaust.

thx for you answers m8s ...

the sus j's are pretty cheap - i only pay 150€ more for it at my dealer

the power gains for the tic are good. i heard about to 10whp and j's to about 10-15whp - but i've never seen a dyno chart - only the greddy dual from gutuning is dynoed with nearly 11whp with stock cat/header and that gains the single should also give i think?!
