23.7mm outer diameter for the pipe?
Jesus christ that is NOT the right part.
pretty sure if it was the correct part that section would be much closer to 40mm's or maybe even more.
I haven't run the silencer in my skunk2 in a long time, but if i did, i would not put that sucker on without drilling 3 or 4 holes around the edges of it to restrict much less flow. I doubt it'd get a lot louder if i did that, but it would certainly flow better.
