j's heatshield

anyone know if this will fit with a puddymod etd and oem header? i was told i may have to remove the heatshield ON the header, but i want to find out for sure because i dont want to. thanks

my j's heatshield came today and it couldnt fit in with my toda headers.

thanks, but i read that the toda hits the 3rd collector or something like that because the toda sticks out before curving down.

anybody use one with an oem header??
