J's Racing Hood and ARC intake Problem!
i also am curious about this rainy situation, i have the k&n FIPK. the box almost basically seals itself against the top of the hood but i dont know where the front vent would be in relation to the front vent. anybody have a idea or know?
does the extra front vent on the mugen style hood give it better airflow characteristics by creating a negative pressure right after the extra vent letting it vent heat more efficiently than one that doesnt have the extra front vent, J's racing i think it is?

It's easy just buy the rain guards. When I had my J's hood I just kept those in my trunk for a rainy day... Problem solved.

those are kinda pricey ill probablyget the hood and if i think it will be an issue, ill have to see where the vent lines up to the box.
does the mugen hood vent more efficiently than the tri-slot v hood without the extra vent up front?
