Default just got a hardtop need help

Hey i just got myself a oem hardtop for my s. if i install it will i still be able to use my soft top if when i remove the hard top or will i have to take out the soft top or what? also i think i need to buy brackets for it. it has something mounted in the top with handle looking things but i think i need to get brackets that will mount in the car?

You will be able to tuck your softtop under the hardtop. You can use the softtop if you remove the hardtop. If the hardtop did not come with the brackets, you will have to get those in addition.

Yes you can still use the soft-top with the hard-top removed. Yes you need to get lower brackets for the brackets with handles to go into.

You don't have to remove the soft top you just fold it down, and if your hardtop didn't come with the fitting brackets you'll need to buy some, luckily mine came with the brackets but I think they can be pretty expensive. Also behind the seats there's a black trim panel which has the brushes on them, you may need to cut a bit of this away to fit the hardtop, but you can get replacement trim which has this part already cut away so if you remove the hardtop you can put the others back on.
