Default USED hardtop

Im going to buy a used hardtop tommorrow. And. Ive been looking in information of what i need to take out of the vehicle other than the top but havent found anything. Please help out.

the top can stay if you don't want to remove it. there are "brushes" on each side where the hardtop attaches to the body right behind both doors. It's kind of hard to describe but you need to remove those to install the OEM hardware OR if you're going aftermarket hardware thats where they bolt onto.

I assume your talking about the soft top which shouldn't have to be removed but you will need all of the rear mounting hardware so make sure you get all of this stuff with your purchase.

You need to remove all the hardware and catchers that connect the HT to the car. This is everything in the side panels directly behind the seats.
