Default Koni with Swift Sping

I was wondering how long does the koni with swift take to settle down? i have have it on the first perch and the car look that same.

i believe the first perch is the same height as the stock strut, try the lower perch.

how do set it to the second perch? also my settle down a little bit but not for my driver rear still has 4-5 finger gap and the side has 3 finger gap.

You have to pry off that yellow ring on the shock and move the ring down to the next recess.

I think the lower perch lowers about 20mm.

what is preload the suspension? well i put in the shock and just bolt them right up

I have this setup on the lower perch. I had it on the high perch at first and you'll only notice the drop difference next to a stock ride height one. If not, it looks un-lowered. I have mines on the lower perch now and looks much better.

I don't know how long it takes to settle but if it does at all, it won't really settle much more like other springs like Teins.

To lower the ring, you can do it easily with a circlip plier, or any tool you can find to open the ring so you can move it down. All you really need to do it open it enough out of it's place then slide it up or down
