Hey guys, I am after some enlightenment about LED bulbs in various places on my s2k. I've been having issues with them and rather than this being a "help me" thread, I'm more curious as to why my LED sidelights are consistently melting/breaking (mainly melting) yet the identical bulbs for my numberplates have been working with no issues for months. I can't see that the headlight bulbs would melt them but there's obviously a difference somewhere along the line and I wondered if any of you fine people had the same issue and new why it is happening.

In the US all those locations use a 168 Wedge bulb and should be interchangeable. Google JS2K.com, a sponsor here. He sells LED setups for our cars and can give some advice in this area.
