left rear spring install

make sure the whole rear is lifted it will just come out with no trouble. and move the gas line out the way.

did mine just 4 days ago. All I used was a 3/8" ratchet on a 3" extension on a 3/8" swivel and then on a deep 14mm socket. came out no problem, they are not in real tight. Make sure not to drop the nut in the little crevice where the upper mount is in the trunk. My friend was over and helped me pull down on the lower control arm with a pry bar while I wiggled the lower bolt through. Very easy compared to all the civics I've done with the rear lower bushings that rip and turn with the bolt.

it sits lower then i expected people said it was a small drop seems to me like the rear goes down quite low

i didnt even need a swivel. in fact i tried using one and it made it even more of a pita. i was able to do it with an air ratchet a 14mm deep weld socket, and only a 3" and 6" extension. you can get both of them with just those things. my trick is use a dab or silicon or something else you have laying around thats sticky that u can put a dab on the nut to hold the nut inside the socket while you use one hand to snake it through the lines and the nut wont fall out
